Legal
Terms of Service
The terms for using this website and the basis on which we provide our services.
Last updated: 2026 · This is a plain-English summary. The signed engagement letter for any paid work takes precedence over these website terms. Please have your own legal adviser review before relying on it.
1. Who we are
WhiteLedgers Partners is a brand of SAC Strategic Partners, providing white-label bookkeeping and back-office support to accounting firms and businesses in the US, UK and UAE.
2. Scope of services
We provide bookkeeping preparation and support only. We do not sign or file US tax returns, e-file with the IRS, represent clients before the IRS, perform audit or attest engagements, act as an HMRC agent, sign UK statutory accounts, or act as an FTA-registered tax agent in the UAE. All regulated outputs are reviewed, signed and filed by your firm's licensed CPA/CA or your registered tax agent. Nothing on this website is accounting, tax or legal advice.
3. Engagement letter governs
Any paid work is governed by a separate signed engagement letter setting out scope, fees, turnaround, confidentiality and data terms. Where these website terms conflict with that letter, the engagement letter prevails.
4. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for competing commercial use without permission. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
5. Confidentiality & data
Client data is handled under a mutual NDA and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. See our Privacy Policy and the Security & privacy section.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have in your own jurisdiction. Specific engagements may carry their own governing-law terms.
